And the process of how plywood is made in a factory!

A plywood factory is a big place where lots of plywoods are Tray s made in 1 day. This factory is home to all the other various machines that make up a plymill. Inside a full-scale plywood manufacturing facility

Plywood production line is a series of different machines that each one do their specific tasks. At the start of this lineup (FIGURE 1) is a machine called debarker. What the debarker does is remove bark from logs. Bark - this is the outer rough skin of the tree that must be removed, so as to use what lies underneath which is a smoother wood. They go through a debarker, the peeled logs come out by means of some machine that I did not even see (big wood chipper). A machine called the chipper is used to cut these logs into small pieces, which are known as wood chips.

After the creation of wood chips, they are sent to a machine that known as dryer. The wood chips need to be dried, as the dryer removes extra moisture out of them. The material of necessity that you dry herb with! This ensures that the wood chips are prepared for next. When the wood chips are completely dry, they head to a gluer. A special type of glue that helps to stick the wood chips is glued by this gluer which together form strong plywood.
